How do I join the next Manshift cohort?
Submit an application through the Join Us page or contact us directly. Our team will review your application and follow up with details about the next available cohort in your area or virtually.
Is Manshift available virtually?
Yes. While we believe deeply in the power of in-person circles, we offer virtual cohort options to serve men across the country. Contact us to discuss what's available in your area.
What is the cost of the programs?
We are committed to making The Legacy Table accessible regardless of financial situation. Scholarship and sponsored participation options are available. Reach out and we will work something out — no man should be kept from healing because of finances.
How can my organization partner with you?
We partner with churches, schools, nonprofits, barbershops, and corporations. Fill out the contact form above, select "Community Partnership," and our team will schedule a conversation to explore how we can work together.
Is what I share in circles kept confidential?
Confidentiality is a foundational agreement in every circle. What is shared in the group stays in the group. Our facilitators are trained on ethics and confidentiality protocols. The only exceptions are mandatory reporting situations involving immediate safety concerns.
Does my son need to have issues to join Preshift?
Absolutely not. Preshift is a developmental program, not a remedial one. Every young man benefits from emotional literacy, communication skills, and identity development, regardless of where he is starting from. The best time to build the foundation is before the moment demands it.
