MANSHIFT BROTHERHOOD - MEN 18+
What is MANSHIFT Brotherhood?
A 12-week transformational healing and leadership program for men 18 and older, working through five stages — Awakening, Ownership, Healing, Rebuilding, and Legacy.
How do I join?
Apply through the Apply Now button on the MANSHIFT page. We review every application and respond within 2 business days.
Is it available virtually?
Yes. Virtual cohort options available. Contact us to discuss availability in your area.
What does it cost?
Contact us — scholarship and payment plans available. No man kept from healing because of finances.
PRESHIFT YOUTH DEVELOPMENT - AGES 9–17
What is PRESHIFT Youth Development?
A standalone 8-week emotional literacy and leadership program for boys ages 9–17. Completely separate from RESHIFT.
Does my son need to have issues to join?
Not at all. PRESHIFT is a development program, not remedial. The best time to build the foundation is before the moment demands it.
How do I enroll my son?
Apply on the PRESHIFT Youth page. A parent or legal guardian must complete the application.
What does it cost?

RESHIFT - JUSTICE-INVOLVED MEN
What is ReShift?
A completely standalone restoration program for justice-involved men. Separate from PRESHIFT Youth; different audience, curriculum, and page.
How is it delivered?
In-person at correctional facilities, reentry centers, transitional housing, and partner organizations.
How can my organization host it?
Use the Partner With Us page. We customize to your facility's schedule and population.
FIRSTSHIFT - JUVENILE RE-ENTRY (Ages 9-17)
What is FIRSTSHIFT?
A standalone juvenile reentry and restoration program for justice-involved youth ages 9 to 17. It is completely separate from PRESHIFT (which is a prevention program) and RESHIFT (which serves adult men 18+).
How is FIRSTSHIFT different from PRESHIFT?
PRESHIFT is a prevention program for any young man ages 9 to 17, regardless of justice system involvement. FIRSTSHIFT is specifically designed for young people who are currently or formerly justice-involved. Different population, different curriculum, different delivery settings.
How can my organization partner to offer FIRSTSHIFT?
Use the Partner With Us page. We work with juvenile courts, probation departments, detention facilities, reentry organizations, and community groups to bring FIRSTSHIFT to justice-involved youth.
How do I refer a young person?
Click Enroll in FIRSTSHIFT on the FIRSTSHIFT page or email info@thelegacytableusa.com. Referrals can come from courts, probation officers, schools, social workers, or family members.

What is WEALTHSHIFT?
The Legacy Table USA's financial literacy and legacy building program, powered by Green Life Financial Group. It guides men through nine proven wealth-building pathways using real, plain language — no jargon, no pressure.
Do I need money to participate?
No. WEALTHSHIFT is a financial education program. You do not need existing wealth or savings to start. You need a plan. We bring the plan.
Who leads WEALTHSHIFT sessions?
Licensed financial professionals from Green Life Financial Group, guided by the WEALTHSHIFT curriculum and the Captain Coverage framework
Is this a sales pitch
No. WEALTHSHIFT is a financial literacy and education program first. If a product or service is relevant to your situation, it will be presented honestly. No one is pressured into anything.

Is The Legacy Table USA a 501(c)(3)?
We are currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status. Donations made during this period are not yet tax-deductible. We will notify our community the moment our determination is received.
How is my donation used?
Directly funding cohort participation, facilitator training, curriculum, and community events.
Can I sponsor a specific participant?
Yes. $100 sponsors one man's MANSHIFT cohort. $250 sponsors one youth's PRESHIFT enrollment.
