Apply & Be Accepted
Submit your application including your background, community role, and why you feel called to this work. Our team reviews every application personally — we are looking for character, commitment, and alignment with our mission and values.
APPLICATION REVIEW

Complete the Training Program
Move through all 7 core modules via in-person intensives, online learning, and mentored practice sessions. You'll learn, apply, reflect, and refine your facilitation skills in a structured, supported environment.
STRUCTURED LEARNING

Co-Facilitate a Live Cohort
Before certification, you will co-facilitate at least one live Manshift or Preshift cohort under the supervision of a senior facilitator. This is where everything you've learned becomes real — and your skills are refined through practice.
SUPERVISED PRACTICE

Receive Your Certification & Lead
Upon successful completion, you receive your official certification, full curriculum access, your training manual, and entry into the Legacy Facilitator Network. Then you take what you've learned — and bring the table to your community.
