A RESTORATION PROGRAM FOR JUSTICE-INVOLVED MEN
ReShift
Before a man can rebuild his world, he has to rebuild himself.
ReShift is a structured restoration program for men navigating reentry, incarceration, or court-involved circumstances. It is built on a single conviction: a man's past does not have to define his future, but it does have to be faced.
Through identity work, emotional healing, and accountability, ReShift equips men to shift from the inside, so that when they step back into their families and communities, they are walking in restoration, not just release.

HOW IT WORKS
THE FIVE PILLARS
What Every Man Works Through
1. TRUTH
Telling the truth about your story, what happened to you and what you chose, without excuses and without shame.
4. ACCOUNTABILITY
Taking full ownership of the impact of your choices on yourself, your family, and your community. No deflection.
2. IDENTITY
Separating who you are from what you did. Discovering the man beneath the record, the wound, and the mask.
5. LEGACY
Building a vision for who you are becoming as a father, son, partner, and community member and committing to it.
3. HEALING
Confronting the pain — childhood wounds, trauma, and losses — that went unaddressed and fed the cycles.
GRADUATION
A Legacy Declaration ceremony where each man declares, before witnesses, the man he has chosen to become.
