MANSHIFT: Shift the Man, Heal His Legacy is the foundation of everything we do. Written by founder David T. Harris, the book walks men through the same Five Shifts framework that powers the 12-week MANSHIFT program. Read it first. Then bring what you’ve started into the brotherhood. The books are also available for purchase for parents, guardians, and educators who want to continue the work at home.
